- To register your pets in accordance with applicable legislation;
- To provide you with our adoption, surrender, claims, and complaints services;

- To contact you for fundraising purposes, and for information related to our programs, events, and services;
- To process payments for your donations and other financial transactions;
- To assess any applications submitted to become a member, employee, or volunteer of SPCALL;
- To develop and promote services, including generating depersonalized statistics from personal information;
- To enable SPCALL to fulfill its obligations and/or exercise its rights as an employer, as a registered charity of which you are a member, director, and/or volunteer, or in any other capacity;
- To enforce municipal and provincial pet legislation in the territory served by SPCALL.
When do we collect your information?

- Communicate with an SPCALL representative (in person, by phone, via video conference, instant messaging, etc.);

- Participate in an event organized or associated with SPCALL;

- During the evaluation of your dog in the context of the municipal “dangerous dog” regulation;
