Cohabitation with wildlife animals

Did you know that wildlife is also protected by the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife?

This is an excerpt from the legislation:

‘No person nor anyone lending him assistance may kill or capture an animal attacking him or causing damage to his property or property under his care or maintenance unless he is unable to frighten the animal away or prevent it from causing damage.’ (article 67)

These animals being protected by legislation, it becomes critical to access various tools to prevent or control the problem and understand the consequences of its relocation.
